Cooking Class (100BMC Southside)




The 100 BMC Mentees met up at Kennedy King College's state of the art culinary school kitchen for a cooking lesson, from 100 BMC Mentor, Chef Paul the owner of Alter EatGo. The menu consisted of chicken pizza, spaghetti, salad and raisin cookies. The mentees were hands on from beginning to end. Not only did they learn how to prepare a quick and easy meal, but Chef Paul also explained to the mentees the many opportunities available for culinary experts.
