Surprise guest speakers (100BMC Westside)

100BMC at Michelle Clark was visited by two surprise guest speakers; Mr. Vance Henry from the Mayor's office on Government affairs and Mr. Phil Jackson of the Black Star Project. Mr. Henry discussed his duties in Government affairs, plus how young men and woman can be involved in the decision making policies of their community, and his roots to the Westside of Chicago. Mr. Jackson spoke on youth violence and how the mentees are the true heroes. They made the decision to be in the program instead of being on the streets aimlessly without a purpose. He drove home the point of "EDUCATE OR DIE".
