Hygiene and Personal Grooming (100BMC Westside)

Body odors, halitosis, razor bumps, and infections….all exciting topics to discuss, but that was the week’s workshop. After talking about the horror stories the mentors faced growing up, the mentees were introduced to business suits, color combinations, and neck ties, including the: Oriental knot, Four-in-hand knot, Windsor knot, Half-Windsor knot, St. Andrew knot, and the Cavendish knot. Just to check if the mentees were awake, we had a competition on tying the Windsor knot the fastest.
